echoed from the crowd and reverberated throughout the enterty of the Collosseum. The stone and metal had a slight shake to them; so faint you had to look for it in order to notice it. It was like this any time the main event of the night was going on. Sounds of magic and metal clashing and of bodies slamming into eachother. Ferr smiled lightly in anticipation for the fight to be over. The vision of himself coming out of a tunnel and disturbing the match - acting like a heel - was entertaining. His large frame and dark appearance would make for a great S.L. Games villain. This was not wrestling, however. And doing that could lead to some serious backlash leading to the Knights. Instead, the bull-man stood near the mouth of the tunnel leading out towards the battle-floor. For several minutes the fighting was relentless, but he remained silent. Watching the fighters slug it out with magic, familiars, and arcane weapons. At a point, the match concluded with a winner announced. Along with the applause from Ferr, the crowd resorted to their default actions of screaming and shouting. Clapping and roaring. It was always like this when the man came by. Approaching the center of the arena, Ferr stood beside an announcer. As the combatants returned to the lockers, Ferr waved towards the many people in the stadium. His Captian armor shinning beneath the bright lacrima-powered lights. "Ladies and gentlemen! That was a splendid battle! I am proud to see such fine men and woman possessing these great talents. We Captains and Knights still have a lot to learn when it comes to flare. These Sorcerers displayed an amazing match. But now, it is time for a special event." At these words, the crowd began to rev back up. People who were preparing to leave after the main event sat back down with renewed anticipation. "Yes! I, Captain Ferr Aesir, asked for several combatants to face off against me. However. It seems only a handful have taken up the challenge tonight. Please, give them a round of applause! And welcome them onto the field, finally." His large hand extended outwards towards the opposite side of the Colosseum as his opponents were exiting. They were a mixed bag of rookies looking to get their feet wet in any event they could get. There was another combatant who was not an ordinary rookie... ISHY of THQ & ADOXOGRAPHY

Myria wasn't really too sure what to feel to be part of an exhibition match against... a Knight Captain. The minotaur-like Ferr Aesir... he was the one in charge of Ordan, and within her peer group she was in charge of Rosa, so although she had tussled with the beast of a man in some joint operations, she'd never met him in a full-on battle. On one hand this seemed like it would be a pretty good fight; on the other hand she might get ahead of herself... well, perhaps she simply had to be careful. She did keep her fighting styles distinct between the league and the raids.
The other problem was... well, being saddled with all these rookies. Well, there were probably a couple other people with about the same experience as her, well, at least seemingly, from what she'd shown in the Sorcerer's League; but they clearly were going to make a show for Ferr to look good, so they probably needed the extra numbers for him to knock around. She let out an uncharacteristic sigh; she was tempted to knock out all the rookies in one go and just have her and the other veterans have a go at the humongous officer, but that might be a bit... telling. Well, she'd just have to bear with it until her dream of anarchy comes true and she'd have all the fights she could want.
"Captain Ferr versus the Sorcerer's League! Let's start!" shouted the announcer, signaling the start of the bout.
She watched as the newcomers closed in on their challenger; one sporting a mechanized fist aglow with heat and flame, boosting his whole body towards the behemoth of a man. There was another who wielded a strange umbrella for a weapon, seemingly using its opened form as a shield, taking potshots here and there as the point of the umbrella emitted blasts of light.
Taking her time, she began summoning her blades, to the delight of the crowd. "Well, at least some people here know me." she chuckled to herself. She wanted to see how Ferr would handle these novices before joining in the tussle. Might be valuable data when going up against him for real.

in a deep breath as he prepared, Ferr stood there in the light, smiling as his black and red eyes moved back and forth between the two rookies who rushed him. Had these two planned out their attack and maybe coordinated, then it would have made Ferr think. The Captain would have to think if they did a good job on the first assult. Cracking his knuckles and getting into a prepartory stance, like he was ready to be tackled, Ferr took the pot shots well enough before allowing the artificer to slam into his body. The impact was softened by Ferr's hands grabbing hold of the flaming fist. In a single follow through, the Captain lean back with the punch to the suprise of the assualant. "Rule one!" The horned behemoth shouted. Pulling the man in closer, Ferr lifted his knee with harsh force; colliding it with the fighter's diaphragm. The glowing fist flickered as the artificer's body went limp from the pain. Ferr would then left them up, and slam them into the ground. Not simply throwing them, but ensuring he applied his monstrous force onto the body until it hit the ground. All the while his body and armor were taking hits from bolts of energy. Ferr's attention would not be so simple to divide. "Rule one, present a united front!" As the fighter with the umbrella hid behind their weapon, Ferr picked up the weak body he had just previously planted into the ground. The officer used their body as a shield until he was within fifteen feet. Within that fifteen foot range, Ferr through the body at the umbrella user. He partially swatted the umbrella away with the first hit but grabbed it with his hand and yanked it away. Not before the umbrella user could unleash a wave of light energy, leaving some bruises on the minotaur's hands. "That's a good start." He said, a wild shine in his battle-ready eyes. His horns produced a quick hum before firing off a bolt of lightning at the umbrella-using fighter. The stun was fast acting and weak. Yet it gave Ferr a chance to use a Haymaker on their face. This attack was a more effective, painful way to stun the target. Looking towards the several veterans, expectations were high for them. Especially the one who was pleasing the crowds. "Let that be a lesson to the rest of you. A united front is a key to tactics in the Knights. We pride ourselves on it. Now come forth!" ISHY of THQ & ADOXOGRAPHY

"Ow, that's gotta hurt."
For all the fist fighter's speed and strength, the humongous Guardian was ready for him, and his charge was viciously countered, his body crushed into the ground. Even as this was happening the umbrella-wielder shot and shot, but it seemed their magical projectiles weren't as much denting the minotaur man's defense. He's tough... but maybe he has something more protecting him. Myria observed.
The shooter soon followed, getting disarmed of their weapon viciously--- the captain had wielded an electric attack at the end there... he didn't start with it, so maybe there were conditions for it?
All the while the knight talked of tactics, in the form of rules, which Myria supposed was well and good... but not every member of the League was a particularly good team player. They were usually competing against each other, although there were talks of more team-based games.
The remaining competitors, perhaps outraged at how quickly some of their fellows had been disposed, charged. A united front, then? They'd give the beastman a united front.
A spearman charged forward, intending to thrust his weapon at the participating officer. A cloak of purple magic permeated his being, making him faster and possibly stronger, even as his eyes looked crazed.
Beside him, a grey-skinned fellow, a mutant like Ferr himself, kept up with the spearman in all fours. His skin seemed like stone, and he watched Ferr carefully--- it seemed he was intent on blocking or waylaying any attempts Ferr might make against the spearman.
Finally, a woman wielding a length of cloth brought up the rear, making carefully sure she was out of range and watching Ferr carefully just in case he used his lightning attack again, which had come out of nowhere just before. She lashed with her strange choice of weapon, seemingly intent on binding the taurine warrior in order to ensure the spearman's strike connects.
Myria grinned. This trio... she'd fought some of these people before, and they were pretty good. Still, they weren't used to fighting together, even if they knew each others' strengths very well. She supposed she would lend a hand. Well, more like a sword.
She threw a blade at Ferr's face. Maybe that'd distract him.

It was not in his best interest to instuct these warriors on how to fight against him. Ferr's tips, or rules, seemed to have been coming off as boasting and ignorance. Some members of the crowd either cheered or they booed the Captain. Either way you sliced it, the crowd was divided on what party to champion. This didn't bother Ferr however since he was used to people being against him in one aspect or another. He's been dealing with it all his life. The Minotaur-man smiled when he saw the trio forming an impromptu unit. It seemed if they wouldn't take the advice with a smile, they'd at least attempt to shove his words back into his face! His red eyes glanced over the cloth-wielder and were focused on the gray mutant. The spearman was getting close, but if he could dash past him, the mutant and the other fighter might have been caught off guard by his decision. Myria's sword, however, disrupted that plan. Flinching and throwing his arms up in defense, Ferr was not fast enough to completely stop the blade. Blood trickled down his face and arms as the bridge of his nose let lose light-pinkish blood. The cut was not deep too deep, but it dragged along his face, just below the right eye as well. The force and power behind the projectile were far more powerful than what Ferr expected. Being an attack he did not pay attention to only double its effectiveness. When Ferr's eyes became shut, and his arms raised in defense, the cloth-wielder took the chance. She lashed out, using her weapon to wrap around his torso and arms - pinning them to his chest. Calling out to the others, the mutant rushed Ferr, tackling his legs in order to bring the large man down to the ground. Once this behemoth was down, the spearman thought, he'd begin to strike at him with the spear until he relented. Not going according to plan. ISHY of THQ & ADOXOGRAPHY

"Ah, was that too much for him?"
Myria looked on, disappointed, as her weapon did its job a little too well--- it seemed her lack of participation from the beginning blinded the officer from noticing her until it was too late. A wound was made across his face, and the crowd cheered a little too lustily.
She swallowed her frown and took the moment to wave at the crowd, grinning; while some of them were probably cheering in general against Ferr, there probably were a few of her fans watching, and they were probably happy with her little contribution.
As it was, the makeshift trio was using the opportunity she gave them in earnest. With the taurine mutant bound with cloth, and tripped by the stone man, the spearman was free to make his strikes. The magic that permeated his very self gradually moved to concentrate on his weapon; the polearm glowed brightly with violet light as he approached Ferr. With gusto, he struck with fierce and accurate thrusts at the knight, targeting parts of his body not bound by the cloth.
Meanwhile, the stone man grabbed one of Ferr's legs and proceeded to hold it, attempting to break it. The cloth-wielder continued to hold Ferr in her enchanted weapon's grasp.
Myria resumed her idleness, watching to see how things would play out. If the captain could not handle this, she would be truly disappointed, indeed.
